Holiday themed paint parties at Rotondi Creations

I just finshed my Valentine's Day Paint P

arty at Rotondi Creations. We all had so much fun I decided to create two more. March 14th we will be doing a St Pddy's day Paint party March 14 and April 4th Easter one. No prior painintg experience is necessary. It fun beginner friendly,, and your does not have to look like the persons sitting next to you. I give you the tools and idea and you create your own one of a kind design with them. We will use stencils and acylic paint so dress to get green and don't wear your best britches. Mural that was painted in 2010

I was back at the Flying Squirrel last Fall for the Free Art Collective free art supplies event. I was picking up supplies for my classroom last year. I visited the old Mural that painted in 2010. it looks that same accept the crack we patched came back.. THe are children that were 8 when they painted that with me, they are now 24.They was a tennager that helped paint that and he is now a almost middle aged adult. I am glad that people who lived in the neighborhood got to see there artwork out on that wall for all to see and so long now. the style is not to everyones liking but it brought kids from acroos the streetm the local library and walking down the street all together to help us paint and it represented some of the people that used the community space.
